The Electric Elephant in conjunction with Dick Wolf Productions, XRoad Productions/ Morning Star Productions have joined forces to tell the story of Hector Rodriguez, a special investigator for the NYPD- who specializes in Art Theft Cases. Just like pieces hanging in a museum, the styles of art crime are wide ranging- complicated and ingenious plots to seize priceless paintings using state of the art technology and intricate plans of actions. Former NYPD detective Hector Rodgriguez has seen and solved all of them.
